About William "Bill" Gammon

Growing up, I learned the value of hard work and careful financial planning from my family. My experiences abroad, particularly in the Philippines, opened my eyes to the vast opportunities—and risks—that come with stepping outside your comfort zone. This early exposure fueled my passion for personal growth and understanding diverse perspectives, which has shaped my career path.

I began my professional journey with United Airlines at 19, working my way up through various promotions across the U.S. Eventually, I transitioned into leadership roles with airlines like Britt Airways and Eastern Express. Despite the success, I realized I valued people more than assets, prompting a shift in my career.

​

Following this, I joined Shearson Lehman Hutton as a financial advisor, where I became the top new agent in the Midwest within six months. Over 32 years, I excelled in financial services, rising to the top at three different broker-dealers and helping countless clients achieve financial success.

 

Retirement led me to my next calling—coaching. Drawing from decades of mentorship, leadership, and education, I now focus on helping entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals achieve their goals. I’m passionate about understanding clients’ needs deeply and helping them create actionable roadmaps to success.

Rob McGraw is the founder and CEO of Full Swing Training & Development, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) dedicated to improving organizational culture and performance.

 

With over 20 years of experience across the military, restaurant, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries, Rob has consistently demonstrated his ability to solve complex people and process challenges in both government and corporate environments, including Fortune 100 companies and startups. His global experience spans 24 countries on six continents, where his energy and inclusiveness have helped drive success.

About Susan Vincent

​I’m a seasoned digital marketer with a strong background in ranking local service-based businesses through proven SEO strategies and conversion-focused content.

 

I bring years of hands-on experience working with trades like radon testing, pest control, welding, and custom manufacturing—industries that require the same trust, visibility, and results home services businesses depend on.

​

Before stepping into digital marketing, I owned and operated a brick-and-mortar business for a decade. Like many small business owners, I learned the hard way—making mistakes, wearing all the hats, and hustling through tough seasons.

 

But I also grew that business by 35% during the height of the 2008 US recession. I know firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up, make it profitable, and keep it moving forward.

 

Now, I help those in the home services trade build a stronger presence online and turn more traffic into booked jobs.
